Set in 1944 in Denver, Colorado, Harvey is a lighthearted comedy featuring a mischievous invisible rabbit who frolics around the stage throughout the evening. Elwood P. Dowd, a magnetic man who keeps the whole town smiling and Veta, Elwood's sister, is becoming undone by her brother's relationship with the invisible Harvey. She decides to have Elwood committed to a sanitarium to spare the family any further embarrassment. However the easily flustered Veta ends up being committed herself when she confesses that she too feels that she sometimes "sees" Harvey. An animated cast of ensemble characters adds excitement, drama and humor to the production.
